Shannon Moss

Shannon Moss, CHC, is the founder of Hello Health LLC and a certified health coach with a passion for helping individuals reclaim their well-being through personalized, holistic support.

Shannon’s journey into health coaching began with her own struggles. Diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in her 20s, she experienced the frustration of trying everything and still feeling stuck. That personal challenge ignited her commitment to understanding the deeper layers of health and healing. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a wide range of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.

Shannon is a proud mother of three daughters and has been married to her husband for over 21 years. She values family, spirituality, balance, and the transformative power of self-healing — all of which she weaves into her work.
