About the Role
-Lead hands-on gardening classes
-Teach sustainable practices and plant care
-Support lesson prep and class organization
-Inspire students to explore and connect with nature
Requirements
Passion for wellness, Gardening, and youth development
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience working with groups (teaching/tutoring preferred, but not required)
Reliable transportation within San Diego County
